4. Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Review the notice to confirm it meets all legal requirements
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
• Notify the content contributor (if applicable) that the content has been removed
• Document the takedown for our records

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, the content may be restored.

6. Repeat Infringers

Insurance Help US maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

7. Protection of Our Own Content

8. Good Faith
